Adds Significant AIP Optimization Capabilities and Enhanced User Experience
Vancouver, BC – July 28, 2010, – Axia Software, a leading provider of Asset Investment Planning (AIP) solutions, today announced that it is releasing REVEAL 2.0 AIP optimization solution. REVEAL is the industry’s first enterprise-wide AIP software solution and has been implemented by some of the largest North American utilities, including San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) and Southern California Gas Co. (The Gas Company).
REVEAL 2.0 adds significant new capabilities that improve project optimization decisions, increase usability and lower the total cost of ownership of implementing REVEAL. Key new enhancements include:
- Enhanced optimization engine for improved analytics of large and strategic projects.
- Automated Fiscal Year Roll-Over of Capital Plans to keep all plan and project data up to date quickly and easily.
- Enhanced Project Tree Navigation Tools Filter to filter by project status. This will provide more options to allow users to quickly navigate projects and identify projects by Project Status. It will also improve management of multiple projects within REVEAL Decision.
- Advanced Search capability allowing users to search based on user defined criteria improving users’ ability to track and monitor projects and improve productivity by providing more precise search results.
- Improved charting and graphs providing users with visualizations that more effectively communicate the meaning of the underlying data.
- Improved configuration and installation, to reduce both implementation and user maintenance costs and reduce implementation time and effort.
